FACILITATOR: Lana Guess Thompson, PHR and CPBA (Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst). Has had her own HR consulting firm for 21 years delivering services through consulting, training, coashing and professional facilitation.
An interactive workshop designed to bring you the latest body of research on employee retention and engagement as well as providing a format for sharing best practices among participants for recruiting, selecting and keeping the most talented, engaged applicants available. One key focus will be on understanding employee defferences and how to better manage those with special attention to hiring and integrating Millennials into an existing generationally diverse workforce.
